CUSTOMER ORDERED 2 BABYBACK RIB & SHRIMP DINNERS WITH FRIES AND CHICKEN TENDERS AS APPETITZER AND PREPARED A SALAD RIGHT BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT. BOXED UP THE LEFTOVERS, TOOK THEM HOME OPENED THE BOX AT HOME TO FINISH EATING THE FOOD AND OBSERVED SOMETHING MOVING, TOOK A CLOSER LOOK AND OBSERVED A WORM.

MET WITH KITCHEN MANAGER AND WALK THROUGH THE STORAGE, THAWING, COOKING, COOLING, WRAPPING, STORAGE, AND REHEATING PROCEDURES FOR THE RIBS. ALSO OBSERVED FROZEN RIBS AND TO GO CONTAINERS STORAGE AREA. NO EVIDENCE OF COMPLAINT FOUND. ADVISED TO CONTINUE FOLLOWING THE PREPARATION PROCEDURE AND VISUALLY INSPECTING PRODUCT AND CONTAINERS. BE SURE TO ENSURE ALL MANAGERS ARE AWARE OF COMPLAINTS AND CORRECTIVE ACTION IS IN PLACE AND/OR PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES ARE TAKEN.
