food in the deli is never temped on the hot bar, it is faked in the logs if they forget to temp it, it is actually encouraged to fake it. they do not provide equipment to actually temp the hot bar. food is either undercooked or overcooked quite often and still served due to no equipment to time foods when cooking. food is stored on cooler floor, meat is stored in containers mark non meats only, raw meats are stored above cook meats, lettuces and tomatoes are stored in a area marked raw chicken only and stored on the chicken, food is not being rotated. food that is past its sell by date is being cooked and sold, people do not switch gloves and wash hands property. fryers are not cleaned correctly, seafood and non seafood like fries or chicken are cooked in the same fryer at the same time. people are not cleaning the dishes and putting them on the racks to dry and get used again. one of the ovens is broken and doesn't work, yet people try to use it everyday and its leaking gas.

Spoke with manager on duty. Recently an employee was terminated under very tense circumstances. Verified that facility does have thermometers, has operating procedures in place for cook times of each food and how to temp, food is properly stored and dated in all coolers and walk-in unit, fryers were clean and equipment on hand for cleaning them, and proper dishwashing was observed.
