There are maggots in the the sink at times from not being properly cleaned. (Photo available) the stove is so dirty from food being spilled and not cleaned that it catches on fire. Raw and cooked food are preped On the same table. Foods are put in the cooler not labled. Food older than 7 and 10 days are repeatedly reheated and served. One fry cook drools with his tongue hanging out of his mouth, into the fry batter. I told the deli manager what he was doing and she said " I don't care what he does as long as he can fry" this place is getting an A on their inspection and I do not understand why. Some employees are allowed to put cooked food from home in the cooler and the warmer. Certain favorite employees are allowed to eat in the deli. Others are not. When food is not dated and put in the cooler they serve it knowing it should be disposed of. Raw chicken that has gone bad is washed off, cooked and served. Seafood that has started going bad is cooked and served on the hot bar. The deli manager does not wear a hair net when she is in the deli most of the time. The deli manager also states that she passes her inspection because she has known the inspector for a long time. Mop heads are left on prep tables. Dirty utensils left in on top of a box of gloves. ( pictures available) I could go on and on but I would really like to see this taken care of. This and more takes place in the deli and management is aware of all of it.
