Received complaint that person ate at facility on Friday evening between 7-9 PM and had a shrimp and rice dish. He stated that she became ill around 10:00 with nausea and diarrhea which lasted until morning.

Facility is due for full inspection and the following violations were observed... 1.) Observed bare hand contact by more than one employee on cook line. 2.) Observed no towels at hand sink. 3.) Observed several food items stored directly on floor; peeled onions stored under hand sink, beans soaking on floor, shrimp thawing in bucket on floor in walk. 4.) Observed several food items stored in contamination fluid in line reach in. 5.) Observed line cook using same tongs to retrieved cooked chicken & shrimp and raw beef & chicken. 6.) Observed several open employee drinks on line 7.) Observed medicine stored on food line 8.) Observed plastic chip baskets reused with out sanitizing. 9.) Observed employee personal items stored with food in dry storage 1.) corrected- washed hands and placed on gloves 2.) corrected - placed towels at hand sink 3.) corrected- picked up off floor 4.) corrected- employee cleaned and sanitized 5.) corrected- voluntarily discarded cooked meats 6.) corrected- removed from line. 7.) corrected- removed to designated area 8.) corrected- placed in dish land for washing 9.) corrected- removed items to designated area Facility received a C due to enough violations were found that could have contributed to a food born illness. Will return for follow up in 10 days.
