InvestigationHistory
Went to site. Back rooms do need to be addressed at coving floor junctures (debris, dirt...) and mops must be hung to dry instead of sitting in mop sink (mop hung while inspector was there). All cardboard boxes must be moved and cleaned behind. Saw no gnaw marks in boxes. I did not see fresh signs of rodents. Exterminator is coming monthly to treat facility. They should threat every 2 weeks for at least 2 months to ensure that rodents are removed. Advised to treat in drop ceiling locations also. Fax receipts/verification of treatment to inspector at office - number given. I looked at bag of hot dog buns (Bunny bread) that were removed from the shelf because they had been opened. There was no crumb debris in bag and the marks actually looked like human teeth marks on the eaten buns. District Mgr was at facility and she has recently had a problem with an ex employee coming in the store and causing trouble.
