The National Community Engagement Alliance (CEAL) Intake Survey
AAA
Mississippi State Department of Health is looking for survey participants to find out how much Mississippians know about different health topics. This is a research study conducted by the Mississippi State Department of Health and the Health Communication Research Lab at Washington University to learn about how public health information spreads throughout communities.
If you decide to continue with the recruitment questionnaire, you will first need to answer the following questions to see if you are eligible to participate in the survey. If eligible and selected, participants will be sent at least 26-30 weekly surveys. Participants will receive a $10 gift card for each survey completed. If we use your data for other research, we will first make your data anonymous (de-identified). Your de-identified data will be shared with researchers at the Health Communication Research Lab at Washington University and pooled with other respondents. You may stop answering the recruitment questions at any time.
