I own the property surrounding 157 Birmingham Ridge Rd. There is a field line draining domestic waste water from the residence which is creating ponding and unsanitary conditions on my land. Instead of rectifying the improper water treatment, there is now someone living in a camper behind the residence and the waste water is standing, covering approximately a half acre of my property. I cut hay for livestock from the affected area and cannot operate farm equipment through it or the soft ground past the pooled water. This is high ground that remains wet in dry conditions and drains into my pond approximately 200 yards away. Please help!

Investigation History
Site visit. No one home but left my info. Owner (Stephanie) called me back. They are not having any problems that she knows of. I told her I would let her know when I was coming back to look around
5/15-site visit. Observe aerator working. She supposedly has three spray heads. One doesn?t work. I couldn?t find one. One has a lot of water around it. I told her the other two needed to be checked to keep this one from getting overworked. I do not beKiev?s the water is leaving her property. There is a wetter spot on the complainants property but I can not see where it is coming from her house. I told the complainant if it continues to be a problem as the ground dries up to let me know.
