Updating previous communcations c. MSDH, EPA, et al.:
JXN Water, through direct communications provided to homeowners and retained counsel by Ted Henifin, has refused to assist in the remediation of long-standing sewer issues at my home.
On a continuing basis, this entry is provided to further self-reporting of sewer discharge into Brookdale Street (and the drains servicing it) and in hopes that we might receive assistance from the Mississippi Department of Health in seeking a long-term resolution.
