We cleared 3 of 5 acres of land @2050 Victoria rd. In Victoria Ms. & discovered along the fence on the Old Hernando rd side a stream of waste or septic water running down. When the blows a certain way it had a septic odor. We?re not sure which property it?s coming from. Foundation was laid today & will soon our septic & well will follow.

Investigation History
I visited this property and no smell was observed. No septic water observed discharging onto the property. I have talked with the property owner and he will contact me if the smell comes back
