Tenants at 3900 Grand Bature Rd have a rock reed treatment system in front of their house, but dug a pipe running from their house to the ditch behind their house between Sam Road and Grand Bature Rd. The ditch flows into the bayou.

walked property and walked canal as much as possible and could not locate a pipe going out. saw plant rock filter noting leaking from it
