Water from the referenced property is entering my property. MDEQ confirms high coliform count in water sample collected and analyzed by MDEQ. The wastewater enters my property by way of the road swale. Standing/flowing water is present during dry periods as well as wet. The water ultimately reaches a pond that is used for fishing and recreation.

Sent letter to occupant Elaine Kemp. This land is currently in probate.
Talked with David the realtor. He will get back with me.
