The owner has recently dug up a fill line and rerouted it into a culvert on a culvert that splits mine and his property. There is a pipe coming straight out of the ground into the culvert. There is waste water accumulation in this draining ditch and flies are every where on my property. Property owned by Daniel Johnson.

Investigation History
10/25/24 Inspected property and observed what appeared to be a straight pipe coming from dwelling owned by Daniel Johnson and discharging into nearby ditch. Will send a 30 day letter to property owner.
