215West Mcnutt st for the past 4 years 5 different families have been letting the sewer go all over the ground the plumbing pipes under the house was gotten rid of for some unknown reason and all the waste just goes on the ground it stinks horribly and it is killing animals that go under and close to the house every one is tired of it please do something.Thank you.
