Date Of Complaint  10/27/2025 
Complaint  The left side of our yard has been standing in water for at least 2 months, going on 3. We thought it was from all the rain we had in June but it never dried. We contacted the Mooreville Apartment Complex because their apartments are up the hill from our home to determine if they had a water leak or a sewage leak. We also had our water company come to take a look at our water line as well as the mainline, with no problems noted. The manager at the complex said that she would get their maintenance team/water company to come take a look and determine if it was a water leak or a sewage leak. I emailed them several times before getting a response that the problem was fixed. I asked was it water or sewage as it has be began to mold/rot our fence and we have a dog. We have gotten no response. I am wanting to determine if it is sewage and if so, how to proceed.

Investigation History  Looked over area. Saw were there had beed a problem with wastewater but has been repaired.
