I am writing to report what appears to be an ongoing issue involving septic or wastewater runoff from an adjacent property onto my land in Lincoln County, Mississippi. The discharge is originating from neighbor's property and runs across my property not allowing me to access approximately 15 acres of my field.
The runoff has a noticeable sewage odor and is visibly contaminating the ground surface, especially after rainfall. This situation presents both a nuisance and a potential public health concern. The septic is coming from the pipe just across the fence in Harper Lake subdivision and running across by back pasture into the creek!
