The owner of this property has appear to have dugged up the septic tank that is on the property. Now the waste is exposed/sitting on top of the surface. Also he appears to have dug out another spot to relocate the septic tank due to me making him aware that a septic tank has to be 10 foot from any property line. His property is 0.4 and my property that is connected to his that has been split is a 1.6. I have livestock and unable to let my livestock free roam because im scared they may fall in the waste or even start to eat it. I have also explain to him, that he is encroaching on some of my property but waiting to get an surveyor to prove that my mapping of my property is correct. My main concern is the waste being exposed and my livestock. Please help. Urgent Matter

Made site visit with Morgan Browning, homeowner said the neighbor had repaired system and no signs of failure have been observed
