My complaint is I have lived at 309 Iberville ST. Apt. B for 1 year and 7months have complained for 1 year about the sewage problem . The owner has had to take my carpet out of bedroom and the walk-in closet. Also jack up foundation of apartment A so then I stopped getting water in my closet but, still have water sitting in the bathroom floor . Back flow in bathtub that sit for a while before going out that stinks. When using the washer the water come out in the a/c unit and on the floor . Also when flushing the commode the water comes back in the tub. If I have problems in B their is problems in A & C. Flushing of the commodes come from A to B and From B to A I bought my own drain opener and their is still a problem.You can hear the drains making noises from kitchen to bathroom This is nasty, ,unclean ,and not safe for me or any other persons.The city has complained also but the problem is not fixed . On 11/24/2010 call the office for someone to come out to unstopped sewage . On 11/27/2010 call back to the office sewage still stopped up the worker left the cap off raw waste is at my front door.
