Date Of Complaint  03/12/2012 
Complaint  I(Patrick Grace) was doing a final approval on 1986 Shaw Skeen Rd(James Kline) and as I was measuring off the spray head distances a strong rwa sewage odor was coming from the surroundig property. I walked over to the home on both side on the property I was doing the final on an found pipes going to the ditch at the back of the property. One of the home owner was at home and he told me that the property have been that way since he bought it. The other two property owners Mr. Tim and Mr Jeff called me later that afternoon and said there spray heads was working and told me they would let me see them spray. 
Date Of Resolution  03/12/2012 
Investigation History  Mr Tim and Mr. Jeff works til 5 so we will set up a date to find out if the spray heads are working. Mr Charles will be sent a notice of public health violation.
