THEY RENT THIS HOUSE, CONSTANT SEWAGE PROBLEM, LANDLORD JUST SHOVELS WASTE OUT ON GROUND.

Investigation History
8/22/14 Went by property and observed wastewater discharging to the surface of the ground. The property has a advanced treatment system on it. The wastewater was discharging out of the top of the pump chamber. It appears the pump is bad in the advanced treatment system. The renter the property is going to get me the name and address of the property owner so I can issue a enforcement notice.
9/4/14 Sent out a enforcement notice to the home owner Jimmy Hughes stating that he has 30 days to get the malfunction fixed.
10/2/14 Owner Jimmy Hughes called and stated that he had the system fixed. I went out to property and observed no wastewater discharging out of the top of the pump chamber. Owner stated that the pump was stopped up with debris around it. On 10/2/14 I observed the air line going from the air pump to the treatment tank was cracked and a spray head was missing. Will follow-up in thirty days.
On 10/6/14 I went by property and observed that the air line was fixed and the spray heads were replaced. The system appeared to be functioning properly.
