Neighbor in front of me (18 Remington Rd0 septic tank is overflowing coming into my yard. This is the second complaint I've made. Its been a over a year since this problem has went on.

Investigation History
PHE investigation started.
Met with owner of house at 18 Remington road in petal. He was aware of the issue and why PHE was out on site. Pictures were taken with area of discharge. PHE informed that installer was contacted and about placing an ATS system in to resolve the issue. PHE informed that per the regulations that an enforcement action will be mailed out. PHE discused with owner to put lime sanitary agent down with addtional back fill of soil over the top and minimize water usage. PHE discussed and advised that since this repair would be changing the entire system that a repair recommendation would need to be done. Paper work to be emailed in conjunction with enforcement action
PHE returned to site. Talked over with owner he has the information for filing but was waiting until he was getting paid next week. PHE informed property owner to go ahead and get the information into the division that way it shows that he has gotten paperwork filed. Also informed property owner to get with mr creel to have the system pumped out ASAP that way it will show efforts being made.
06/30/2016:
On 6/29/2016 PHE received a fax from Tyron creel installer for adding additional filed line for property owner that had discharge. PHE went back out onsite on 6/30/2016 to verify repair. PHE took pictures of the site and noted that area of additional field line was added to the property. Installer placed 100 ft of large diameter pipe 10 inch to the property. No discharge was seen case closed.
