this house do not have a septic tank and the waste water is running down hill on the right coner of the land through a pipe the owner is john harlow his number is 662 744 2009 he will lie so the person need to go to the house to see it

Investigation History
Look over area and did not see any wastewater . Will call for more info
6-14-16 tryed to contact the complaner by phone and knocking on the door no answer at either. Looked at the property and still did not find the wastewater
