Complaint  This complaint is on behalf of the adjoining parcel at 200 Fox Terrace Drive. After meeting with the owners of 200 Fox Terrace and seeing discharge of fluid into their empty parcel, I had them continue to investigate the source. The source of the fluid discharge appears to be an old septic discharge line which is exposed and has failure points along it causing discharge prior to the end of the pipe, and into the adjoining parcel. The pipe is a white pipe running along the western property line of 102 Fox Terrace along an empty lot owned and attempting to be built on by the adjoining house at 200 Fox Terrace.

The residents at 200 Fox Terrace, Miller: 601-303-4294. Please feel free to contact.

Investigation History  PHE met with home owner Mrs Katrina Miller to ascertain what is tranpireing on their lot. Excessive water shed noted and drainage noted on the lower part of the property. PHE went up the hill to 102 fox terrace and spoke with owner next door. Unfortunately a heated argument or voicing of opinion occurred next door neighbor that all the water shed is resulting from a spring in her back yard. Slope is about 25 to 30 percent towards the millers house. Due to the overgrowth and foliage around the lot mr Miller is going to have to clear the area down enough to ascterain what is discharging on the ground. PHE to meet back with home owner once area is cleared,
Suggestions: 1. Get in touch with board of supervisor for their area.
2. See if county planning or road maintenance foreman can be out onsite.
3. If no sewer water is detected then a natural spring is affecting the large amount of water shed and recommendations to follow post clearing of the lot.

Awaiting owners to call back once area of overgrowth is cleared
