complaining about the installation on the grease trap. The grease trap is just a plastic culbert and it is not working properly and the installer Wesley Brown will not come out to pump it or repair. I have water and grease coming out in the back yard. My treatment system has not worked properly since it was installed.

Investigation History
Inspected site with Patrick and Chandra. Appears to be a blockage in the system caused by excess grease entering the ww system. Will contact installer concerning system to obtain additional information. B. Tiller.. Referred to program specialist.
