The smell of raw sewage permeates the nostrils once one steps outside their dwelling on most days and evenings in my neighborhood. The raw sewage smell literally slaps you in the face, and you have no recourse but to remain inside. It seems that the smell is traveling from the wooded area between the neighborhoods of Sherwood Forest, and Ben Morgan. Residents living in Sherwood Forest neighborhood have city sewage, while residents living in Ben Morgan neighborhood have septic tanks. Please help. Complainant does not know from what residence the sewage originated. Can't send letter until origin of sewage is identified.
