Complaint  Neighbors sewage is coming onto my property

Investigation History  Looked at comp. i have no info on the owner of the property. The complaner had no idea who it belongs too.will try the city hall to get the info told mr caraway if he found out the infoto call me back.
7/28/16 have knock on the door several times as i was passing by. No one home. Got a number from a home owner close by , said not sure if correct #. No answer the several times i called. I will close this un til i get more info from the complaner.
