Loretta Shell @ 802 Freewoods Road SW, Roxie, MS 39661 has raw sewage dumping out on her neighbor's land @ 798 Freewoods. It is causing major problems for the neighbor. I am a friend who lives near and I was almost bit by a water moccasin that had came from where Loretta's sewage dumps out and where tall grass is growing (because of the sewage) on my friend's property. My friend and I would like for the sewage to be rerouted to a spot on Loretta's land away from the home of 798 Freewoods Road. Sometimes I get my friend to take care of my children and I don't want them getting snakebit. Plus, the odor from the sewage coming out stinks.
