Pipe comes straight out of the mobile home with raw waste all over the yard, stays flooded with wastewater, breeds mosquitos and draws excessive flies. There appears to be no sewage system at all, the smell is terrible in this heat.

Investigation History
I visited this property and observed raw sewage running on top of the ground from the Trailor home. The home owners was presently at the property. This property have already had a soil site done and the home owner just have not put the system in but they are generating waste. He informed me that he had paid down on installation of the system but has not paid in full. He informed the department months ago after the soil site,when I noticed them staying there, that he was going next door to use the rest room, and no waste water was been generated. As of date, I emailed my supervisor pictures and write up. 30 day enforcement letter was sent on 08/04/2016
09/06/2016 a new recommendation was sent to the installer(Wesley Brown) via email at the request of the property owners.
10/11/2016 this complaint was corrected by Allstate tank company by installing a spray irrigation system on the property...see wastewater page for further information
