Complaint  Purchased the house new and moved in August of this year. The waste water system is a low pressure system discharging through a perforated tube on the surface of the ground rather than the traditional spray system. The wastewater however is not being absorbed by the soil; it's standing stagnant on top of the ground. I'm trying to determine if this is an approved system?

Investigation History  -Went to property today. Didn't see any perforated pipe or anything malfunctioning. Called Environmentalist, Darreck Sullivan. He did the final inspection July 16, 2016. Turned this over to him.

Spoke with Mr.Smith by phone on 9/19/16. Septic installer Tim Kelly was at site when I called. Discharge manifold moved to the other side of oak tree to remedy ponding of water. Manifold also lengthened to disperse water even more. Gravel dispersed around discharge point and dirt work done to help with ponding of water. Mr. Smith was satisfied.
