Complaint
Raw sewage is leaking from this septic tank. The ground is wet and saturated with black sludge. Additionally the overflow flows in the direction of my front yard.

9/22/2016- Talked with Ms. Smith via phone and got details of complaint.
9/26/2016 - Went to Willeaner, but unable to determine which Residence was 117. All mailboxes at end of street and no markings at residences.
9/27/2016 - Called Ms. Smith and got description of residence. Returned and observed MoDad ATS with overland discharge. Effluent flowing down what appeared to be middles of an old garden, flowing through fence onto adjacent property.
According to Rankin Co. Property owner is Robert Schuler Smith, 2725 Hemingway Circle, Jackson 39209.
Requested. 30 Day Letter.
8/10/2017 - Revisited site and observed no repairs. Filed Affidavit in Rankin Justice Court
10/2/2017 - Received Subpeona to appear in Justice 12/13/2017
12/12/2017 - Observed no WW leaving property. Confirmed by complaintant.
