My next door neighbor which is 41 isom booth lane Collins ms 39428 doesn't have proper waste disposal and it's going on the ground and coming through my air vents every time I turn on my a/c I smell their waste I just had a newborn child and that smell is not good for him I need something done ASAP.

Investigation History
I visited site and found open ditch with sewage in it directly behind mobile home. Official Notice of Public Health Violation was left with resident.

After receiving another complaint I visited the site and the sewage problem is still present.

I visited site and sewage problem is still evident. I then went to Covington County Justice Court and filed charges.
