Complaint
Our neighbor's raw sewage is running off her property into our side yard. She is living in a camper, and we therefore believe her to have an open sewage line running into the yard. We can't go into the backyard most days due to the smell. There is also sewage on the ground.

Investigation History
Found a pipe . There was not any wastewater coming out at the time i was there. I do not have any info on the complanie. Called the complaner and got no answer. Left message and have not gotten a call back. Called again around 8 pm and still no answer. Will close comp until i get a call back.
