It started a week before Christmas we could not flush our toilet at all without it getting stopped up. So I called the rent lady (Debbie) on the 23rd of Dec and left a voice message letting her know what was going on. And did not get a response back. Then around the first week of January she finally came to see what the problem was. Then she got a handyman to come and do a temporary fix on it. And all he did was dig a hole in the ground and and now all of our waste is in an open hole in the ground. Where someone could easily call in it. And as of today now they are talking about finally fixing it. But the handyman said it might be today(1- 17- 17) or tomorrow (1- 18- 17)

Investigation History
1/24/17 Inspected property and observed what appeared to be raw sewage discharging from house. Will locate property owner and send 30 day letter.
