Investigation History
Observed All State Septic installing new system consisting of ATU and spray system. Ann Hogue spoke with Wesley Brown concerning installation. Mr. Brown advised that old system was an aqua-clear atu with a discharge to road ditch. Old atu left in place with new atu installed with spray disposal. It is being determined with central office if this will be considered a repair or a replacement. Permit recommendation is required for correct design and sizing of system.
2-6-2017. Enforcement notice sent.
