The owner of this property has a rental house on it that my daughter has lived in and is moving out of because it's so bad. The sewage goes out into a ditch behind the house. No septic system at all. The smell is horrible and very unhealthy. You can actually see the waste shooting out of the pipe.

Made visit to site. Sewage possibly discharging into McKinley creek. Will send 30 daycertified letter never signed. Closing now due to lack of contact info
