Raw sewage on top of ground visible second attempt to get this fix
running over into my yard feces toilet paper and all smell sometime unbearable unable to mow my lawn thank you for any help

Investigation History
I visited this property and observed a trench had been dug, but now sewage was on the ground...I looked into the clean out and it was clear also
