Date Of Complaint  06/27/2017 
Complaint  Discharge from treatment plant at 1089 Craft Road South is flowing on to neighboring property 1103 Craft Road South. The discharge pools on the neighboring property and is a huge mosquito problem. There are children living on the property and this is unsafe. The installer did not install the appropriate system for the property, should have been sprinkler vs. open discharge. Installer is Marshall Tank Service.  
Date Of Resolution  11/03/2017 
Investigation History  Field visit to site. Wastewater observed leaving property. ATU with overland discharge was installed in 2015. System was inspected and approved. Homeowner has completely changed to contour of the lot by bulldozing and clearing the drain way.

As of 7/19/17 homeowner Daniel Farris has refused to fix problem. Only solution to remedy situation is to install a pump chamber and pump to spray heads.
Enforcement letter sent 7/19/17.

Water leak in home fixed. Dirt work done. Vegitation planted.
