Sprinkles for waste water have been disconnected and running on to my property to where I can't even cut my grass in places .

9/21/2017 - One complaint was filed against 219, 223 & 227. To make record keeping simple this complaint will be kept for 219, with separate entries made for 223 & 227.
Observed WW flowing into road ditch along Mullican Rd. Possible also going onto 442 Mullican a fence corner. Observed pump chamber at back corner so obviously ATS. Flow at ditch appeared to be overland discharge, but could be emergencyoverflow and pump out.
