Complaint
Waste backs up in apartments. Mice are in the apartments. Some people go for weeks without hot water. Waste be outside in the grass.

The only part of the problem theHealth Dept. can address is the sewage on the ground. Saw that had been a problem on the past be looking into the complaint system. The other complaints need to be addressed through the the Land Lord Tenant act available at the Attorney Generals Office. No waste on the ground this day. Will follow up
