Complaint
The property is a rental house under management by Crabtree Properties. A sewage discharge has continued to occur in the front yard of the property from overflow piping since around October of 2017. Below freezing temperatures seem to make the problem worse. Sewage is also believed to have entered the property into the laundry room.
Proper cleaning/sanitation of affected areas, while requested multiple times from the landlord, has never been performed on the property. Timestamped photographs show raw sewage and feces in the yard in December, and sewage is still visible around the exit piping in the front yard.
Multiple service request have been written down and submitted to property management, but management has failed to adequately fix the problem over the course of at least 3 months.
