I have been living at this address for over two years,the lot owner didn't inform me he has sewerage from his septic tank and mine dumping through field lines on top of the ground for all wildlife and pets as well as children playing in this sludge,it is a health hazard,I tried to help him correct this problem but he thinks its ok. I am moving across the street and I would like to get this issue resolved so the mosquitos will be stopped , thank you
