I noticed a drain pipe which I assume is coming from the septic system located at 11243 Brownsferry coming out of the ground and the contents are draining onto my vacant lot adjacent to that property. I own Lot 7 Bennett Place Subdivision.

Investigation History
I visited this property and observed a white pipe coming from 11243 down hill. This sewage discharging is impacting the neighbor property. I have spoke with the property owner and informed him this will need to be corrected. Email and pictures will be sent to supervisor (Randy).
08/02/2021 did a follow up and the problem has been corrected
