During clearing out some brush. We come across on our property some black water that smells like sewer coming from our neighbors house. We want to get it tested to make sure it is not their raw sewage draining on our property. Our address is 1188 cr 515 Myrtle.

8-2-18 called no answer left message
8-2-18 called me back has open pipe don?t know where it comes from. Told her to put a hose in the clean out to see if pipe starts flowing hard. Could not find hose . She said she would do it later and call me.
10-7-18 no response from stacy from knocks on the door or phone calls. Will close unless i get further info or questions
