My husband, Carl, found out that the corner of our property was constantly wet and would not dry out. We contacted the water company, thinking that it was possibly a water leak. We were told that it was our neighbor's septic tank leaking into our yard and that we needed to contact the health department in order to get it resolved.

I visited this property to look at the complaint, but due to the excessive water I cannot determine if it is sewage. I spoke with the homeowner and informed her I will revisit when it drys up some..
