My neighbors sewage is running off in my yard 75 ft from my house. I have asked them 3 times to get it fixed in the last 6 months.

Investigation History
Environmentalist investigated property on 10/09/2018 and found wastewater to the surface. Polaroids were taken and public health Enforcement Notice was sent to Samuel Cooley @211 Ralston road via courier to Division of on-site wastewater .
