I have asked my neighbor repeatedly to fix the sewer problem, he always say ok but it never gets done. My family can't sit outside and enjoy a beautiful day because the sewer water is running in my yard.

Investigation History
Received assignment 10/25/2018.
10/29/2018 - Met with Mr. Moore and observed ATS (brand unknown) with spray at 174. Appears spray pump is out allowing flow onto Mr. Moore?s property. Also not aerating properly.
Mr. Moore stated owner?s name is Darrell Hollingsworth.
