Run off waste water is on. My property as well as part of the system itself. There is no easement no one asked me Bout this and frankly it doesn't need to be on me like this.

Investigation History
Tried to get this started. But was unable to contact anyone. The home on Mr. Little?s road were not marked , so I don?t know where he lives. Unable to locate Hopkins home. I was not given any info other than road #. Called and left messages 3 times. Unable to make contact. I Will try back later.?
1-24-19 Jessica has a complaint on same property and is taking this over.
