Complaint  Caller stated that JBH Plumbing was installing a 55 gallon drum as a pump tank. 
Date Of Resolution  09/14/2021 
Investigation History  I visited this property and observed JBH plumbing workers working on finishing up the hook up of the 55 gallon drum as a pump tank. Once I arrived the proceeded to stop working and leave. I spoke with the property owner and the violation. I took pictures and will forward them to my supervisor 01/15/2019 I revisited this site and observed one of JBH plumbing workers on the backhoe covering up a pipe that runs under the coveret

01/27/2021 follow up took pictures of white pipe still under covert
02/04/2021 filed paperwork against Raymond huerta for discharging into drainway

09/07/2021 all pipes have been removed from ditch and sewage water rerouted
was passed to the file by the court system
