My neighbors sewage is running into my back yard. This has been a prveious issue and yall have turned off their water before. Within the last few months it has started draining into my backyard again. Please call and I will give you exact address of neighbor.

Received assignment 3/27/2019.
Went to Ms. Landry?s home but no answer to knocks. Went into back yard where previous violation had been observed.
Observed WW pooling just inside 402 property with evidence had been crossing onto 135. Appeared to be in same area where old field line had erupted.
