Complaint
Tenant has complained to management about issue and management has not done anything since October when originally complained. The management service person has since been by the residence to make other repairs but has not addressed the sewer line in the front yard. It is on central sewer, however house has gotten plugged and line is discharging in what appears to be multiple places. Lawn has died from release, and currently there is visual effluent bubbling to the surface. Lamar PPin 13141

Environmentalists investigative property at 305 Weathersby Rd. home 3/25/2019 witnessed wastewater is fluid to the surface in the front yard.
And official public health enforcement notice was sent to Sam and Ray Rayburn at 400 Weathersby Rd. Hattiesburg MS 39020 March 25, 2019
Enforcement notice sent via courier to Division of on-site wastewater office in Jackson,ms, attention Duncan Welch.
