Complaint
Each time I contacted Mr. Craig, he stated that he would come and take care of the problem. I let him know that the septic treatment tank that he installed and inspected for seller of home at the time of purchase was not working properly because it was backing up into the toilets. And he stated that he would come and take care of the problem of which he has never done and now he will not reply to any of my efforts to contact him about the problem.

Investigation History
I reviewed our records and Mr. Lackey's paper worked he faxed. I concluded that system was installed on September 28, 1999 by previous owners. Since most systems are only under manufacturers warranty for 2 or 3 years, the warranty may have expired. The existing system was inspected by Milton Craig on June 9, 2005 using Form 777(an Existing Aerobic Treatment Unit Inspection form), which was presented at closing on the home. The existing was not inspected nor approved MSDH. Therefore, MSDH has no standing in this complaint. The owner must repair the system at his own cost.
